comments	This is a very scenic and challenging eighteen hole course that was cut through a magnificent maple stand. The front nine is relatively flat, however, the back nine is densely wooded with the aforementioned maples. Due to the rugged conditions on the back nine it is suggested that only the very hardy walk the course. All of the fairways are open throughout the design. There are few fairway obstacles. The signature hole is #17, a 473-yard, par 5, which is described by staff as "a gimme par 5." The tee box has a dramatic elevation change and there is a rock wall approximately 285 yards out that crosses the fairway. Once past the wall golfers are treated to a flat plateau before the green.
