This course was reopened in January, 1999 by Signature Golf of Michigan. Cypress and pines line most every hole on this established golf course. The fairways are narrow and designed with the smart golfer in mind. Big hitters will not do well on this course. The greens are mid-sized with moderate undulation on some holes, and there are plenty of places to get in trouble. The signature hole is #5, a 200-yard, par 3, which plays over water, with two palm trees in play on the approach and the green protected by four bunkers.
